Custom Embroidery

Use your own Design or take a look at stock designs at Dakota Designs or Embroidery Designs.

All Orders Received after Noon (12pm Eastern Time) enter production schedule on the next day! Each Job must be written as separate Purchase Order (PO).

Production Schedule: We do our best to produce your order as quickly as possible.  Normal production time is 10 business days from art approval.

Rush Charges of 30% (5-7 business days) from receipt of art approval & purchase order. Call us if your requirements are less than 5 days.

Order and artwork must be complete prior to being scheduled.

All Payment Arrangements must be finalized before entering production schedule.

Digitizing is priced at $16.00 per 1,000 stitches. Minimum charge $50.

Personalization (names): One line $7.00; 2 lines $9.00

Hat Backs: Minimum charge $3.50 when doing the front (under 4,000 stitches) TYPESET ONLY

Dakota Design: If you take advantage of our stock designs, and place an order for more than 12 pieces, there will be no set up. If less than 12, there will be a $20.00 set up charge.

When sending in art, please email the highest quality DPI .JPG,  .EPS, .CDR. If you only have a word document, or .PDF we can work with that as well.

Sewouts using Customer’s design file: $10.00

We are not responsible for sewing results on customer supplied DST files. Customer is responsible for garment usage of supplied DST files.

No extra charge for Solvy or top quality materials.

You should always expect quality, and we provide it inclusive!

Shipping Fees are based on weight, dimensions & ZIP code. We use UPS Ground rates unless you request other method.
